Type: K-12th grade, Swiss, school team sensitive, blitz playoff for 1st place ties, ½ point bye available for 1 un-played round (except last).
Sections & Awards: (Players may only “play up” 100 points to a higher rated section)

|4||K – 12th, U1000||G/45||5||Top 2 Individuals||3.0 + points|
|5||K – 12th, U1400||G/45||5||Top 2 Individuals||3.0 + points|
|6||K – 12th, 1400 & Above (Premier)
||G/45||4||Top 2 Individuals||2.5 + points|
Teams: Top four finishers from the same school in the same section combine for team score in Sections 1, 2, 3, and Sections 4 & 5 combined. A team consists of at least two players from the same school in the same section.
Team Awards: 1st Place awards for Sections 1, 2, 3, and Sections 4 & 5 combined. No team awards for Sections 6.
Schedule: Check-in is from 8:00am – 8:30am. All players must check-in by 8:30am to play in Round 1. Round 1 begins at 9:30 a.m. for Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6(Premier).

Entry Fee: $15. Those not registered or checked-in before 8:30am the day of the tournament will receive a 1/2 point bye in Round 1. If you expect to play in Round 1, you should pre-register online. Door registrations are $15 (exact amount please).
Cash or Checks will be accepted.
Make checks payable to: MWCCAH or Carl Albert High School Rated Event: All sections will be rated using the Chess Express Rating Service. Section 5 & 6 will also be USCF rated and include all players with USCF or Chess Express rating of 1000 or higher. Ratings will be verified by the Tournament Director.
