(winter weather alternate date 29 Mar 2003)

8:00 to 8:30 - same day registrations

8:00 to 9:00 - Pre-registered check-in

Registrants receive Sportsmanship & Conduct  For USCF Tournament Participants
Parents receive Sportsmanship & Conduct  For USCF Tournament Parents

9:15 - Tournament Instructions in the Tournament Room

9:25 - Get Table / Color Assignment from Pairing Charts & Proceed to tables.

9:30, 10:50, 1:00, 2:30 and 3:50 – Tournament Rounds

First 4 Tournament Rounds are G/40 and last is G/50

9:40 – Parent’s Tournament Activities Overview Meeting in Central Common Area (The Pit)

10:55 to 11:20 – Parents Meeting in Central Common Area (The Pit)

Chess 24:7 Program - Jacqueline Bentele

After matches until 5 minutes before the next round

Skittles and other games in skittles room

5 minutes before each round

12:30 to 12:55 – OSCO Officer Elections

1:05 to 1:30 – Parents Meeting in Central Common Area (The Pit)

5:45 - Tournament Awards and OSCO Charter Officer Election Results

6:15 – Denker Award Playoff, if there is a tie for 1st in the tournament points (without tie-breaker)
