OSCO Charter Officer Elections

When:
12:30 to 12:55 at the state tournament on 1 March 2003

OSCO Members:
All players registered for this tournament will be individual members of OSCO.
All individual, family*, affiliate club and patron members.

Voters:
One vote per membership for individual, affiliate club and patron memberships.
Family memberships will have one vote per scholastic member, up to a maximum of 3 votes.
A parent or guardian may vote by proxy for members under 18. Voters must all be at least 18 years of age.
Only directly associated representatives may be the proxy vote for affiliate clubs or patron member entities.

Officers:
President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer and four Members At Large (one converts to Immediate past President in the second term).
All officers of OSCO are to be at least 18 years of age.
Members of OSCO, or their parent/guardian, are eligible to become officers.
One officer per membership, including family memberships and excluding sibling memberships.

Nominations:
Email nominations by 22 Feb 03 to be included on the printed ballot.
Nominations will be accepted from the floor as write-ins, immediately preceding the ballot.

Results:
Results will be announced during the award ceremony immediately after the state tournament on 1 March 2003
